Send an e-mail to:  sale@neonvanity.dk

In the e-mail write your name, address, phone number and the product number of the piece(s) of clothing you wish to order.

You will then receive an e-mail from me with a bank account number, the amount, incl. postage, that you must pay and expected delivery time.

When your payment has been registered, your order will be sent.

You can also pay by check, but delivery time will be longer.

Delivery time is usually a few days.

All prices include 25% VAT.

Regret your buy?

If you regret your buy, you can, within 14 days from the day I post your order, exchange the clothes or have your money refunded.

The clothes must not have been worn.

Please note that samples, clothes on offer and special orders cannot be returned.

If you want to exchange the clothes, please pay a new delivery charge into the bank account (remember name, e-mail address, product number etc.).

If you would like your money back, please send me a bank account number into which I can return your money. As soon as I have received the clothes again and seen that they are in order, I will return your money to your bank account. Note: You have to pay the return delivery charge yourself.
